If a user gets an error similar to the one shown below when attempting to enter Orion, the problem is a missing or incorrect Network Login ID in their Orion User record.

To remedy this problem you will need to enter the correct Network ID on the User record by accessing the User Manager through Orion Admin or the File Maintenance Manager. Open their User record and access the Administration Tab.

Enter the correct Network Login ID in the Network ID Login field and save your changes. Close the User Manager and have the individual try entering Orion again.
