Orion Not Recognizing Windows Default Printer

The Windows default printer setting is held in multiple places in your Registry and the info Orion is reading has not been updated with the new default printer.  Close Orion Desktop and go to Printers and Devices.  Change you default printer to a different printer.  Close the Printers and Devices window and then re-open it and set your default printer back to the one you want.  Open Orion Desktop and check one of your reports – it should now be looking at the correct default printer.
