To have Orion open when the computer starts up you’ll need to place a shortcut in the Windows Startup folder.  To do this on Windows 7 left click on the Windows button, go to All Programs and then right click on Startup folder.  Go to Explore All Users.

You should now be in windows explorer – right click on the right side and do New then Shortcut.  You can either browse to the O drive then click on Orion—>Orwin—>Oriondesktop.exe or you can type in the path like in the screenshot below. 

Note: At most firms Orion is on the O: drive, if yours is not then adjust O to whatever drive your using.

Note: Test after setting this up, Worldox for example needs to be open before Orion is.  If you need to remove just browse back the same way and delete the shortcut.
