Is there a way to limit what a certain location can access? In other words, we are opening an office that needs access to AP, AR, Billing, File Maintenance, and Desktop. However, we don’t necessarily want the staff to see the AP and AR for the other offices.
No – security applies to the modules as a whole. For example, if you have rights to Accounts Payable, you can see all activity in Accounts Payable. The same applies to General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and other modules.
