There are several ways you can handle this outside of the Orion program, including removing the User’s shortcuts for the Orion programs, restricting network permissions, etc. You may also handle this within Orion by removing the Network ID from the User record. Open File Maintenance Manager and access TOOLS, Manage Users. Locate and open the User record and then access the Administration Tab. Remove the information from the Network Login ID field and click SAVE. When asked, confirm that you want to save the record without a Network Login ID. When you first enter Orion, the program gets the Network ID from the workstation environment and looks for that same Network ID in the Orion User file to determine the Orion ID, Security Settings, etc. If the Network ID is not found in Orion, the User would not be able to enter the program.
