Go to Orion Administration.
Click on System Information.
Click on the Other Tab.
To add a webpage to display when an User first launches Orion, type in the WEB URL path into the field Orion Central Home Page URL.
To remove it so all Users do not get a webpage displayed, simply delete any path listed in the Orion Central Home Page URL field.
