To give an User rights to everything in File Maintenance except the ability to view and/or edit Rates, access Orion Administration, User Setup, Security Groups and open the User’s Security Group. Change the Security Settings under the File Maintenance Section to appear as follows:
NOTE – since you can view and edit rates through the User record, you must remove the rights to Manage Users.
