Logs report the error as Access Violation at address 04BFFE28 in module Oriondesktop.exe. Read of address 00000054. The property not found error was referencing one of their custom fields.
Found that the user did not have a default view setup. Had to hit ok on error then go to define views and set one as the default. Once we did that it created the object state record ~default~scene case and they were able to get in.
