Error picture below. This may happen if the User got a new computer or after changing Orion servers. This is a local setting so the following steps need to be taken on every computer that runs the EDI billing program.
To get rid of it just cycle through the 2 or 3 errors and it will come up with a prompt. Click on Add Database and enter OrionData in the Name and Description fields. For the file path point it to the \orion\dat folder (typically O:\Orion\dat). Click OK to save the database settings and then click OK on the Change Database window and the EDI program should open up now.
