Worldox Integration Detail

Integration Release 2.0 is much more than simple enhancement. It’s smart collaboration that allows seamless operation between your Time and Billing and your Document Management.

 

Feature 1
New Worldox tab for Contacts and Matters View. This tab will show the most recently used items saved in Worldox. Simply double click on any item to open.

 

 

The Worldox tab can be sorted and filtered by any of the column headers. By default, it will be sorted by most recent modified date.

 

Feature 2
Right Click and do full document search. This is enabled for Contacts or Matters View. Simply right click on any item and select document search. A full search is conducted for that criteria with results shown.

 

 

Conducting a document search will be based on the object selected.  For instance, by clicking on a client in the contact view, a search will be conducted for all items matching the client.  By clicking on a matter in the matters view, a search will be conducted for all items matching that client and matter number.  In both scenarios, you may refine your search criteria using the binoculars and selecting modify current search.

 

 

Feature 3
Real time Clients and Matters are created to document profile.

 

 

There is no longer any need to schedule imports and wait for the profile group to be updated with client information.  Upon completed an intake, items are updated in real time.

 

 

Feature 4
My Matters in Orion will automatically create Quick Profiles and Bookmarks.

 

 

 

Simply create a My Matters from any Client Matter lookup, and a corresponding Quick Profile and Bookmark will be created.

 

 

Feature 5
Launching a Document Library document will fill out profile card automatically.

 

 

 

By launching the document from the document library, Orion will automatically seed the appropriate information to fill out the document profile. This speeds up the process of saving items to Worldox tremendously, or can provide full automation.

 

Feature 6
Creating an email from Orion will automatically profile the Worldox profile card.

 

 

 

By creating the email through Orion users will save time profiling the emails in Worldox as well as decrease the amount of emails that reside outside of Worldox.

 

 

Feature 7
Set Archive rules based on closed dates of matters. Items that meet criteria can administered in one managed in one location. This helps reduce the size of the document store by off loading older documents that may not be used anymore.
