Step 1. Launch Orion Admin
Step 2. Select User Setup
Step 3. Select User
Step 4. Select the Administration tab
Step 5. Check iOrion User option and create Username and Password under the “Remote Access” section (no special requirements for username and password alhtough it is case sensitive)
Step 6. Save
