Step 1. Launch Orion Admin
Step 2. Select User Setup
Step 3. Select User
Step 4. Select the Administration tab
Step 5. Change iOrion password under “Remote Access”
Step 6. Save
After resetting the remote access password within Orion Admin, close and re-launch iOrion from your mobile device. Log into iOrion using the new password.
