The firm has been using Orion’s Financial Management software for more than 17 years and recently expanded their use of Orion to incorporate these two modules.
Orion’s Marketing Management system will render contact and marketing-related information more readily accessible to the entire firm, allowing the firm’s marketing coordinator to track information, streamline data entry, create communications and conduct mass mailings and email blasts.
The Orion Outlook Synchronization is particularly important to the firm, centralizing Contacts, Tasks and Appointment and making the information available in Orion or Outlook and also accessible via devices such as iPhones, Blackberries, and Droids. Prior to implementing the features from Orion, Clyde Snow had been manually compiling information from each individual attorney. The initial installation required only a few days, though the system is still being rolled out to all timekeepers.
