Did You Know?

One of the best kept productivity secrets might be Orion’s Records Management module. Many of our clients have found it to be extremely helpful in managing their physical files, knowing what the contents of the file/box are and the location of the file (whether on-site or off-site). Additionally, Orion’s Records Management module should be part of firm’s file retention policy as it can be used to track review dates, when it was destroyed and who authorized the destruction. This module was designed by attorneys and legal administrators and provides the file room a powerful filing and reporting system, while giving the attorney and legal assistant an easy-to-use search engine. Adding to its flexibility, the Orion Records Management module supports user-defined fields, allowing the law firm to design a system which meets its requirements.
