There are 2 different reports you can use to track this information. The Billed Disbursements Analysis will show Expenses and Client Advances written down (or written up) at the time of billing. The Paid Disbursements Analysis will show Expenses and Client Advances either written off or credited after they have been invoiced.
The Billed Disbursements Analysis date range is based on the date the transactions were invoiced (invoice date range). The Paid Disbursements Analysis date range is the date the transactions were paid by the client (the date the invoice was paid by the client).
