Explanation of Report Info/columns
Listed below are the columns on the Timekeeper Analysis Report and an explanation of what the value in each column represents.

Billable Hours Worked – MTD –  billable hours worked during the current period.

Billable Hours Worked – YTD –  billable hours worked year to date.

Billable Hours Worked – LYTD  –  billable hours worked last year to date.

Billable Hours Worked – A/B – the difference between billable hours worked this year to date and last year to date.

Average YTD – average number of billable hours worked per month year to date.

Average LYTD – average number of billable hours worked per month last year to date.

Fees Billed – MTD – total fees billed during the current period.

Fees Billed – YTD – total fees billed year to date.

Fees Billed – LYTD – total fees billed last year to date.

Fees Billed – A/B – the difference between total fees billed year to date and last year to date.

Fees Billed – % – the percent difference between fees billed year to date versus last year to date.

Fees Collected – MTD – total payments on fees for the current period (PMT, RAP, TAP and Reversals).

Fees Collected – YTD – total payments on fees year to date (PMT, RAP, TAP and Reversals).

Fees Collected – YTD – total payments on fees last year to date (PMT, RAP, TAP and Reversals).

Fees Collected – A/B – the difference between total payments on fees year to date versus last year to date.

Fees Collected – % – the percent difference between total payments on fees this year to date versus last year to date.
