Assuming all parameters, date ranges, filters, etc. are the same, the problem is the Value Type you chose when you ran the Timekeeper Annual Summary Report. To balance to the Summary of Hours Worked Report, you must choose the Value Type “Actual – Excluding Non-Billable.” This value type and the Billable Hours number on the Summary of Hours worked report are reporting the billable time/dollars as entered through Fee Entry. The Timekeeper Annual Summary Report run by Value Type “Billable” reports the time/dollars at their Bill Value – in other words it reflects any write ups/downs that may have been performed on the fee transactions.
