Yes.  You can use the Working Attorney Filter located on the Filter Tab for this purpose.  First, enter your report parameters such as date range and detail.  Make sure you check the Include Inactive Timekeepers option.

Next, access the Filter Tab and click on the Look-Up for Working Attorneys.  Once displayed, place a checkmark in the Marked column for each (you may highlight/select all with your mouse, right click and choose Mark Selected).

Once all are Marked, close the Look-Up window by clicking on the X and then over to the left choose “Excludes” from the dropdown.

You may now run your report and it should include Inactive Timekeepers only.
