Payment Calendar not Equaling Timekeeper Productivity Report

The Timekeeper Productivity Report always factors in reversals.  If you run the Payment Application Report WITHOUT reversals and still have a discrepancy then there may be an issue, and you may need to alert Orion to help you fix it.   If there is a bad date in the data file for an AR Reversal, that may be the issue that is causing you to be off on the report.
