In this situation, most likely, there is a net due amount in a data file that is a fraction or less than a penny caused by a rounding error. This causes the report to pick up that Client-Matter and present it on the report because, behind the scenes, technically, the amount due on the file is between 0 and 1 cent. This is rare and has to be fixed by Orion support. Orion Support will have to find the record in the LRMPINV file and change the net due amount from a fraction such as .0002 to 0. The report should then print correctly. You do also have option to say include Matters with past due balances over x, a solution which may work for you as well, but you would have to alter prompt settings in order to do it, and it would only include items over $0.01. This could cause rounding issue on the entire report if you have many $0.01 or less balances out there in the data file that were getting left off due to your prompt settings. This would be unlikely to occur.
