KPI – Average Fee Per Client

The Average Fee Per Client is the total fee revenue for the year divided by the number of clients billed during the year.  This measurement is useful in determining whether your income by client is growing, flat or declining.  You can then use this to analyze whether the change is rate-driven, client-driven, etc.
