There are 2 things that can cause this.
1. You did not include Reversals in your Payment Application Analysis Report. The Fee Payments number shown on the Timekeeper Productivity Report automatically factors in Reversals.
2. You did not choose to Include Inactive Timekeepers on your Timekeeper Producitivty Report. The Payment Application Analysis includes ALL Timekeepers.
