You can prevent the Header from printing when the report is exported to Excel by doing one of two things.  First, create a custom report style to be used.  Next, do one of the following in the custom report style.

1.  Choose Report, Header – this will remove the check mark next to the Header option and completely remove the Header from the report.  Be careful, there is not an “UNDO” option on this.

2.  The recommended way to get rid of the Header is to make it invisible.  To do this, right click on the Gray Bar below the Header info (bar will be labeled “Header”) and choose Visible.  This will remove the check mark from the Visible option and will make the Header invisible.
