This error typically happens after a new printer is installed. Try changing your default printer in Windows by going to Windows (Start) Button > Control Panel > Devices and Printers. You may have a shortcut under Control Panel to go to Devices and Printers. Once there right-click on a different printer and click on “Select as Default Printer.“ Close Orion and reopen it, and then try printing. If that works, close Orion and go back into Devices and Printers and set the default printer back to the desired printer. Re-open Orion and try printing again.
