The Billing Realization Report is an analysis of billed hours and dollars during a specified invoice date range. The report shows the original value of hours and dollars billed versus the billed value of the hours and dollars. Total adjustments are shown as well as the realized rate and percent.

EXPLANATION OF REPORT INFO/COLUMNS
Listed below are the columns on the Billing Realization Report (in the order they appear on the report) and an explanation of what the value in each column represents. This report includes billable time only (Matter set to Fee Arrangement of Hourly, Flat or Contingency).
Original Value – Hours – the original value of billable hours billed during the report date range.
Original Value – Amount – the original value of billable dollars billed during the report date range.
Billed Value – Hours – the billed value of billable hours billed during the report date range.
Billed Value – Amount – the billed value of billable dollars billed during the report date range.
Adjustment – Hours – the difference between the original value and billed value of billable hours billed during the report date range.
Adjustment – Amount – the difference between the original value and billed value of billable dollars during the report date range.
Realized – PCNT – the percent of original dollars actually billed (Billed Value Amount / Original Value Amount).
Realized – Rate – the rate actually billed (Billed Value Amount / Original Value Hours).
