The Print Calendar function in Orion prints what you “see” on the screen.
If you are having trouble seeing your entire day on the screen, try the following:
- Try scrolling down a bit using the scroll bar next to the calendar to display all of the relevant Appointments on screen. You may simply need to scroll to the start of the workday or first appointment. The shaded area in the “non-working” hours may not be needed to print. If you adjust your sceen to display just the “working” hours, you can get more to display on screen.
- Under Tools > Workday Settings adjust your Time Scale to a higher increment if needed. This will allow for more data to display on screen.
- Check that you have collapsed the Journal/Relationships window in the lower panel using the blue down arrow. That will also allow for more data to be displayed on screen.
Note in some cases, if you set the time scale to too low an increment, when printing the Day view, you will not be able to print all the data without scrolling and printing each screen a page at a time. Your screen size or display/font settings may also impact how much data can be presented.
Other methods for printing Tasks or Appointments.
1. Print out the Event Report for just that one day.
2. If you have Orion’s Exchange Sync installed, you may print the calendar from Outlook if all of your appointments from Orion are showing on there and you prefer that layout.
