The system allows you to post only to the one year previous to the current Fiscal Year.  The only option you have within the program is to enter and post your AJE to Period 1 of 2013.

If you absolutely must update an older year, you may contact Orion Support and we may be able to go behind the scenes to get the entry posted and all subsequent years closed.  NOTE – doing this will result in loss of budget numbers.  Time associated with this is considered billable, and, depending on the number of adjustments and the number of years it impacts, it can take anywhere between 1 to 5 hours to handle.

IMPORTANT: If we go behind the scenes and do this there is no way to save the budget information for any year subsequent to the year being updated – this includes the current Fiscal Year.  Also, DO NOT go into GL System Settings and set your Fiscal Year back in order to enter an AJE.
