If the Matter is no longer in “intake” status (the Matter Number has been assigned and placed in Completed status), the only way to edit the Matter is by opening the Matter file through File Maintenance Manager or File Maintenance Matter Manager. After it has been opened, make your corrections (i.e. changing invoice style, etc), and save it.
