You may delete a Client or Matter record (assuming there has been no activity) from your database without affecting the Conflicts database. Once a record is in the Conflicts database, the only way you can remove it is to call it up in the Conflicts program and delete it. There are no procedures in Orion that automatically delete Conflicts records.
