“If I enter Rate Codes in December to be effective January 1, will December time be impacted?”
No – when time is entered, Orion looks at the date of the fee transaction. As long as the fee transactions entered in December are dated prior to January 1, they will be calculated at the dollar value of the Rate Code prior to January 1.
