If you would like to track a 3rd office for purposes of Management Reports (i.e., Billings, Payments, AR, WIP), you can do this without creating an additional GL Location Code and set of GL accounts. Open File Maintenance Manager and access TOOLS, Manage Codes, Locations. Click NEW to create your new Location Code. Enter the new Code and description but in the GL Location Code field, enter a GL Location Code currently in use. For example, you currently have 2 Locations and Location Codes as follows:

Now you want to add a 3rd Location (Tampa) and you want to be able to print Management Reports for this Location but you do not need separate GL accounts. When you enter the new Location Code through File Maintenance you will set it up as follows:
