To merge an existing Practice Group Code into another Code, either double click on the appropriate record (the one you want to merge into another) or highlight the record and click the EDIT Button. Once the Code is displayed in the Practice Group Code Entry window, click the TOOLS button and choose the Merge Practice Group option. Enter the Code into which you want to merge the displayed Code and click the MERGE Button. Note that a merge is irreversible.
