To merge an existing Location Code into another Code, either double click on the appropriate record (the one you want to merge into another) or highlight the record and click the EDIT Button. Once the Code is displayed in the Location Code Entry window, click the TOOLS button and choose the Merge Location option. Enter the Code into which you want to merge the displayed code and click the MERGE Button. Note that a merge is irreversible.
NOTE: This process does not impact General Ledger accounts.
