Go into File Maintenance Manager and choose TOOLS, Manage Codes. Choose to Show Codes for Location Codes and click the NEW Button to add a new Location Code. Remember you will also need to set up corresponding General Ledger accounts for the new Location (assuming you want to track data by location in your GL).
