To edit an existing Service/Activity Code, either double click on the appropriate record or highlight the record and click the EDIT Button. Make the necessary changes and click the SAVE Button to save your changes. To clear the screen at any time prior to saving the changes, click the CLEAR Button. Any changes made on a Service/Activity Code will only impact transactions entered from the point of change and after it.
You may delete any existing Service/Activity Code from the system; however, if you plan on running reports based on Service/Activity Codes, you would be better served not deleting any. To delete a Service/Activity Code, either highlight the record in the list of Codes, click the DELETE Button and confirm deletion, or double click on the appropriate record and choose the DELETE Button from within the Service/Activity Code Entry window.
