To edit an existing Expense Code, either double click on the appropriate record, or highlight the record and click the EDIT Button. You may change any field other than the Code field. Make any necessary changes and click the SAVE Button to save your changes. To clear the screen at any time prior to saving the changes, click the CLEAR Button.
Changing the Client Unit Cost or the Write Up % fields will not affect existing expense transactions. Changing the Description field will only affect unbilled transactions where the Combine field is checked.
To change the Code of an existing Expense Code, double click on the appropriate record or highlight the record and click the EDIT Button. Once the Code is displayed in the Expense Code Entry window, click the TOOLS button and choose the Change Code option. Enter the new Code and click the CHANGE Button.
