Open up the Orion Administration program and go to the User Setup section. Click on the Configuration Management icon and then over to the right, click on the Scenes icon. Make sure “Source” is set to Public and locate and highlight the {Contact} All option in the list of “Items.” Under the “Available” window locate and highlight the User’s name and then click the right facing arrow button to move the User to the “Target Users” window. Your screen should now look as follows:

Click on the Set Defaults for Target User(s) where names are equal Button. The User should now see All Contacts when going into the Contacts view (you may need to have the User exit and go back into Orion to see the change).
