Unable to locate a Conflict Record for an Existing Client

The conflicts record most likely does exist.  However, the “map” to this record (the word search file) may not have been properly updated.  To properly “map” to this record, you must rebuild the Conflicts Word File.  To do this, go into Conflicts and click on TOOLS, Rebuild Indexes.  Everyone must be out of Conflicts in order to perform this rebuild.  This should probably be performed at a time when there is light traffic on the network as it can take a significant amount of time to complete.
