The default view which controls the tabs that can be seen is controlled by where you are opening the Client or Matter. This is not an option that can be changed. If you are opening it from Contacts or Matter Status, then the Client-Matter information will show with the Standard view. Using File Maintenance will open by default to the Billing view.
