Inserting Task Code Description in Fee Description Field

Typically, the Description assigned to a Phase-Task Code is not used in the body of the Fee Description.  However, if you are using the Task Billing feature to standardize tasks and the descriptions of such Tasks, there is a setting in Fee Entry that will instruct the program to insert the Task Code Description in the Fee Description field.  To utilize this feature, open up the Fee Entry window and choose TOOLS, Entry Options.  The following screen will appear:

 

 

Place a check mark in the Insert Task Description option and click the OK Button.  This setting is saved on an User basis and will not change unless the User goes back in and removes the check mark from the option.
