Existing Record Found When Searching in Records Management

The record most likely does exist; however, the “map” to this record (the word search file) may not have been properly updated.  To “map” it properly to this record, you must rebuild the Records Management Word file.  To do this, go into Records Management and click on TOOLS, Rebuild Indexes.  Everyone must be out of Records Management in order to perform this rebuild.  This should probably be performed at a time when there is light traffic on the network as it can take a significant amount of time to complete.
