Check your fields to make sure there is not an alpha character where normally there would be numbers. For example in the below screen shot, the validate threshold is set to “Over 200.” This needs to be 200.00, so I would uncheck the box next to Completed and then change the value. Check the completed box again and then try to complete the Intake.
