Default queries on Time Manager

Print this article

If you want to try to set  a query as the default for a particular Timekeeper, you can go to Orion Administration, click on Configuration Management, and then click on Queries. Enter the Timekeeper in the Source drop down, then enter the Timekeeper in the Target User(s) field. Click on the button that says Set Defaults for Target User(s) where names are equal.  That should take that query and make it the default for that User. Some queries are only available to people who are Timekeepers and some to people who are Entry IDs or who only enter for others.

Typically, upon initial installation, the public queries are set up as follows:  Timekeepers have Yesterday and Today (as the default) and Fee Filter. Entry Persons have  Entered Today (as the default) and Set Fee Filter.  Administrative Users usually have all four: Set Fee Filter, Yesterday and Today, Entered Today, and Fee Filter.
