This may depend upon how you are running your Conflict Search. The proximity search with ANY finds the words searched for in the SAME record ANY number of words apart. If you search for ACME LAW National Insurance, proximity ANY, it will look for ACME, LAW, National, and Insurance in your same record. If all 4 words are not in the record you will not get a hit.

If you meant to search for ACME LAW and then National Insurance you will need to enter each search separately. You can use the BATCH search button to do both searches at once.
