The only items that show up in the Processes window are the Intake Forms that are open and completed. Once the Intake Form is completed and a Client-Matter Number has been assigned, that Form becomes “read only” and no more new information can be added on it. All related parties that are on the Intake Form at the time the Intake Form is completed will flow over to the Conflicts database.
If someone enters a name directly into the Conflicts database via the Conflicts button, the assumption is that the search has been done prior to it being entered.
You may, however, on an incomplete Intake Form, take the completed check box off of the Conflicts “stage” of the Form and enter more names if needed.
