You will need to first make sure the User has been given rights to Conflicts Entry in the settings for the Security Group.  Under the File Maintenance section in the Security Group, make sure the Conflicts Entry option is checked as Full.

Have the User close out of Orion if you have had to make any changes.

In order to add this to the User’s task bar, you will need to go to the User’s workstation, right click on the task bar, select Add Group or Icon, and pick the Conflicts Entry option.  The Conflicts Entry icon choice should appear on the right side, if security is set properly, and then you may drag it to the blue task bar.
