You may edit the description of a Client Advance transaction through Expense Entry or Bill Preparation. This allows you to change the detail of the charge without forcing an adjustment of the Voucher that created it. You may edit the description of the Client Advance transaction through Expense Entry even if it has been billed. To edit the transaction through Expense Entry, call up the transaction in the Expense Entry window, edit the Description field and click the SAVE Button (no other field may be edited through Expense Entry). To edit the transaction through Bill Preparation, call up the Client-Matter to which the Client Advance belongs, highlight the Client Advance transaction and edit the Description field.
