Cannot Enter Time Due to Date of Transaction

The firm is using the Date Restrictions feature and the User is attempting to enter a fee transaction dated outside of the allowable date range.  Anyone with administrative rights can change the allowable date range by accessing File Maintenance Manager and choosing TOOLS, Date Restrictions.  Enter a new date range and click OK.  The User will have to exit Orion and go back in to read the new date restrictions.
