Most likely this error is due to not having sufficient rights to create a file.  To test this go to My Computer or Windows Explorer.  If the path is in the error you got then go to that folder.  Right click inside that folder and go to New and then New Text Document.  If it is happening in Orion it most likely is going to be on the O: drive somewhere unless you are in a citrix environment and are running the executables from a local drive.

If you do not see the option for Text Document or a pop up that says “you need permission to perform this action,” then something has happened with your rights or permissions.  If you are able to create the file then you should test being able to open it, type in some characters, save it and then delete the file.  If any of those go wrong then the rights may be off as well.  Your IT department should be able to help resolve these issues and you can email support@orionlaw.com if you need help.
