When choosing the Suppress if Billable Amount is Less Than Option, you must enter at least $0.01 in the Amount field. Work in Process can never be less than $0.00, so, if you do not enter an amount, the program will go through the routine of calculating total WIP on each Matter but find none where the amount is less than $0.00.
